How It Works

Once approved, ship the item back in its original condition and packaging.

Your refund will be processed within 2 days of receiving the item.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and in original condition.

All original packaging and documentation must be included.

All tags must be attached.

Please include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping details.

All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 days of receiving the item.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges are available within 30 days. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
