Custom Crafted Pieces

Each item is individually crafted and inspected to meet our exacting standards. Because our pieces are made specifically for you, they cannot be restocked or resold once delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ezmdiamondsnyc.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
